FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and is intended for flushing elements of a downhole pump unit directly in a well. Downhole pumping unit includes submersible pump 1 with suction valve 12, lowered on flow column 2 into well 3, bypass channel 4, which connects the injection line with the space below pump 1 through controlled valve 5. Valve 5 is made in the form of a ball pressed to the seat by a spring, the pressing force of which is made with possibility of adjustment by mechanical compression or release. Valve 5 is configured to open at a pressure of at least 10% higher than the pressure of the liquid column in flow column 2 above it, but not higher than the allowable pressure of flow column 2. Outlet of bypass channel 4 below pump 1 is directed to the seat of suction valve 12 at an angle from axis of 45-60° providing liquid flow rate of 2-4 m/s.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at simplifying the design and increasing the overhaul period of this unit due to periodic flushing of the suction valve seat.
