FIELD: transportation; physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical diagnostics, namely to means of built-in diagnostics, and can be used for automatic determination of technical condition of cars and tractors. Device for built-in automatic diagnostics of cars and tractors comprises means for receiving signals from sensors, a continuous monitoring subsystem, an analogue-to-digital converter, amplifier, multiplexer, database, data processing means implementing pattern recognition tools, such as trained pattern recognition algorithm or neural network, information output means, which is a display, a light board or a sound reproducing device. Device also has a diagnostics mode metering controller, a differential operating time metering controller and a data processing and decision-making unit, connected by a common reception bus and data transmission, operating in parallel mode and allowing to perform automatic continuous diagnostics in all modes of operation, to detect dependencies of structural and diagnostic parameters and to automatically output information on technical condition of diagnosed element.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
