FIELD: internal combustion engines.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the operation, diagnostics and maintenance of internal combustion engines (ICE) of tractors, cars and mobile agricultural machinery. The method provides for remote measurement of operating parameters of internal combustion engine systems and monitoring of its technical condition using standard and additionally installed sensors 3, 4. The values of the measured parameters are converted into a signal using microcontroller 1 and transmitted via modem 5 over a distance using LoRa technology. The transfer is carried out to server 7 of the diagnostic centre, where, using special software, the accumulation, storage, subsequent processing and visualization of diagnostic data is carried out, obtaining and analysing the effective and technical and economic indicators of the internal combustion engine, as well as planning activities for the maintenance and repair of the internal combustion engine.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the reliability and efficiency of information transfer during remote diagnosis and assessment of the technical condition of the internal combustion engine of a working machine in the process of direct operation by transmitting diagnostic information to a diagnostic centre using compact and inexpensive telecommunications.
