SUBSTANCE: use to determine relative humidity of air. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that a wet thermometer is blown at a certain rate with a flow of ambient air, the subsequent reading of the temperatures of the dry and wet thermometers and calculating the relative humidity value from the psychrometric table, wherein the flow is created by oscillating movement of at least one plane, which is placed on the oscillator and the latter is put into a self-oscillation mode.

EFFECT: providing the ability to increase the accuracy of measurements.
