FIELD: outdoor surveillance equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for external surveillance, namely to means for its protection against unfavourable external effects. External surveillance video camera housing comprises a closed housing consisting of two parts – a cover and a base, on the base of the housing there is a video camera, a microprocessor control unit containing a microprocessor and a power supply unit connected to it, a front window of the casing made on the front end of the housing, air duct, fan, heater, dust collector in the form of internal parallel partitions rigidly attached alternately to the upper and lower parts of the dust collector body at an angle α equal to 45 degrees, a metal mesh installed opposite the inlet hole of the dust collector. Additionally, on the upper part of the pipe there is a hole through which the pipe communicates with the environment through an additional upper air duct fixed on the upper wall of the casing housing, a fan and a heater are installed inside the air duct, upper hole in the pipe is made at an angle β equal to 45 degrees, and on the lower part of the pipe there are three holes at angles γ1, γ2 and γ3 equal to 60, 45 and 30 degrees, respectively. Inside the dust collector housing is divided by a middle partition into two equal parts, each part consists of three sections interconnected, forming a labyrinth, separated by two parallel horizontal partitions with holes for air passage from opposite sides, inner parallel partitions are rigidly attached alternately to upper and lower partitions in each section of dust collector, the dust collector is detachable; the dust collector housing is connected to the casing housing by means of L-shaped fasteners on the dust collector housing, which are inserted into the corresponding holes in the rear wall of the casing housing.
EFFECT: high efficiency of preventing contamination of protective glass due to high quality of cleaning incoming air.
