CLOCK MECHANISM BALANCE Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC G04B17/06

Abstract RU 2825595 C2

FIELD: clocks and other time meters.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a clock balance, as well as an axis/balance assembly. Balance comprises hub connected to rim by at least one crossbar, wherein rim is made of material, relative magnetic permeability of which is less than 1.01, density of which is more than 6.5 and which is electrically insulating.

EFFECT: reduced sensitivity to Foucault currents, provision of density exceeding 6_5, so that balance can be placed in available space for this clock mechanism.
