SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of clock mechanisms, namely to a rotation axis for a clock mechanism, the latter comprises, at least, one journal (3) at one of its ends made of nonmagnetic metal (4) to limit its sensitivity to magnetic fields. Said non-magnetic metal material (4) is a non-magnetic light metal or a non-magnetic alloy of said light metal, wherein at least outer surface of said journal (3) is coated with layer (5) of anodic oxide of said material, obtained by anodic growth.

EFFECT: disclosed is a component for a clock mechanism.
