FIELD: clockwork mechanisms.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of production of clockwork mechanisms. Axis of rotation (1) for a clockwork mechanism contains on at least one of its ends at least one trunnion (3) made of first non-magnetic metal material (4) to limit its sensitivity to magnetic field impact, wherein at least outer surface of specified trunnion (3) is covered with first layer (5) of the second material selected from a group including Ni, NiB and NiP, preferably of chemical NiP. At least first layer (5) of the second material is at least partially covered with second layer (6) of the third material selected from a group including gold, silver, copper, platinum, rhodium, palladium and alloys thereof.
EFFECT: reduction in the sensitivity of the axis of rotation of the clockwork mechanism to magnetic fields, while providing for an increase in its impact strength.
