SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for calculating the stage of development of a child. Disclosed method of calculating the stage of development of a child includes: an acquisition stage, at which moving image data obtained by photographing a test child who walks; an extraction step of extracting a specific portion of the child being tested in the obtained moving image data; and a calculation step of calculating, with respect to developmental age, a developmental stage of the test child based on the change over time of the position of the extracted specific portion that moves when walking.
EFFECT: invention provides a method for calculating the stage of development of a child.
