FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for production of a dessert of honey and pumpkin with vegetable additives, enriched with vitamins and microelements, which provides for preparation of pumpkin puree and its heating to 100 °C. Milling dry herb of lemon balm, leaves of peppermint, leaves of common sage to powdery consistency. One part of honey is pasteurized, the other part is beaten and mixed with the first one with subsequent maintenance of the produced mixture. Blending of honey with pumpkin puree and milled dry herb of lemon balm, peppermint leaves, common sage leaves, introduction of vitamin-mineral complex “VITAWAY”, stirring and whipping of the mixture till homogeneous consistency and dessert packing.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at production of a dessert with high biological value, with low energy value and low carbohydrate content.
