FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition of confectionary products with functional properties. Disclosed is a fig with nanostructured thiamine, consisting of softened pectin fruit puree and a nanostructured additive, wherein the nanostructured additive used is nanostructured thiamine in sodium alginate in amount of 300 mg per 100 g of raw fruit puree or nanostructured thiamine in carrageenan at rate of 300 mg per 100 g of raw fruit puree.
EFFECT: invention provides wider range of fig compositions, which can be used as a functional product with increased biological value, disclosed fig composition can also be used as a dietary product for diabetics and sportsmen due to the absence of sugar in the formula.
