SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plastic, reconstructive surgery and can be used for treating patients with atrophic scars. Adipose tissue is sampled from inner surfaces of thighs or abdomen using a horse with microholes 1.2–1.8. Obtained adipose tissue is washed with normal saline. After that, through skin punctures with injection needle 18G, a rigotomy is performed by dissecting cicatricial cords with horizontal movements along a plane and using the cannula, the adipose tissue is introduced into the formed tunnel with a fan-shaped distribution of the adipose tissue.

EFFECT: method enables to eliminate atrophic scars, improve skin relief, achieve a high aesthetic result, minimize the appearance of adipose cysts and improve blood supply, due to layer-by-layer reconstruction of recipient area tissues and uniform distribution of adipose tissue.
