FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to maxillofacial, plastic, reconstructive and general surgery. Method involves introducing adipose tissue into the defect area based on its size, introducing plasma enriched with growth factors. Novelty is that the adipose tissue intake is suggested to be performed in the lower anterior abdominal wall of the patient below the umbilicus at height of 10–15 cm. In the defect area, adipose tissue should be introduced in a volume that is 10–15 % greater than the size of the defect, and immediately after the operation is completed, transdermally into the introduced fat to inject plasma enriched with growth factors in amount of 0.1–0.2 ml per one injection, at points staggered at distance of 0.5–1.5 cm from each other. In 1.5–2 months, the injections are repeated and, if necessary, repeated once more 2–3 months later.
EFFECT: method enables timely adequate treatment of the given pathology of any localization, which provides early rehabilitation and a good aesthetic effect.
