SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bariatric surgery. Stomach is mobilized along lesser and greater curvature. Tunnel is formed to the cardiac portion of the stomach at the left crus. Stomach is fixed with a soft clamp in the specified tunnel and crossed with stapling devices into two parts, the upper part of which is 35-40 ml. A gastro-gastric anastomosis on 33 fr calibrating probe is formed between two parts of the transected stomach using a manual intracorporeal double-row suture PDS 3-0.

EFFECT: method provides higher efficiency of operation, reduction of excess body weight to the level of age norm, reduced injuries and absence of side effects, such as iron deficiency anemia, reflux oesophagitis.
