SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to bariatric surgery, and can be used for the treatment of morbid obesity, including with concomitant metabolic syndrome. 4 trocars are installed. The first trocar is placed 15 cm below the xiphoid process along the median line, the left trocar is placed in the right hypochondrium along the middle submuscular line at the level of the pylorus, the antral part of the stomach. The right trocar is placed along the posterior axillary line below the costal arch at the level of the large curvature of the stomach in the left hypochondrium. The upper trocar is placed along the median line in the xiphoid process, with a puncture towards the left lobe of the liver. The stomach is mobilized along a large curvature. Cutting off the stomach starts along a large curvature with an indentation from the janitor of 5 cm. The stomach is stitched, forming a sleeve of uniform diameter. The severed stomach is removed, the wounds are sutured.

EFFECT: method provides less surgical trauma and less pronounced pain syndrome in the postoperative period; the involvement of only one assistant in the operation; comfortable work of the surgeon due to the absence of conflict between instruments; the convenience of working on the stomach with a suturing device, taking into account the bending angle.
