FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for treating morbid obesity. Laparoscopic sleeve gastroplasty is performed with dissection of the greater curvature of the stomach by a linear suturing device on a probe with diameter of 36 Fr with further application of the blanket continuous reinforcing endosuture with monofilament non-absorbable suture 2.0 along the entire stapler line. Three-chamber gastric sleeve is formed, consisting of an upper post-oesophageal chamber of 6 cm and volume of 10 ml, gastric body chamber with length of up to 7 cm and volume of up to 20 ml and prepiloric chamber 5 cm long and up to 50 ml. Volume of the created stomach chambers is calibrated and corrected on a probe with a latex balloon filled with the required volume of fluid by reducing the gastric chambers with additional screwing single endosutures.

EFFECT: method provides prevention of stomach suture inconsistency, prevention of gastroesophageal reflux.
