SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of searching for blockchain data. Method is implemented using a blockchain search server and includes: receiving a search request including a hash value or a block number for identifying a block, wherein the search query is received from the user terminal; after receiving a search request, selecting a blockchain network for search based on the type of search request, including a hash value or a block number, wherein said type initiates a search in a plurality of blockchain networks controlled by different operating entities; after selecting a blockchain network, accessing the selected blockchain network corresponding to the type of search request, including a hash value or a block number, and searching in the selected blockchain network for a block corresponding to the search request; after searching in the selected blockchain network, receiving data stored in the desired block from the selected blockchain network; and transmitting the received data to the user terminal.

EFFECT: high efficiency of searching for a block of data in blockchain networks by selecting a blockchain network based on the type of request.
