FIELD: physics, computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to managing search system data. A method of synchronising first and second page browsing sessions, wherein the first page browsing session is performed on a first electronic device, includes: receiving by a server via a data network a request for a second page browsing session from one of the electronic devices at a moment in time after the beginning of the first page browsing session; in response to a user connecting a synchronisation function, initiating by the server via the data network the display of the second page browsing session on one of the electronic devices, wherein the second page browsing session includes history stored on the server which is associated with user interactions within the first page browsing session performed before said reception; the history stored on the server includes at least one user interaction, which is invisible for browser history stored on one of the electronic devices.
EFFECT: providing continuous page browsing on any electronic device with synchronisation by displaying history stored on the server.
