FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, is intended for preparation of paving slabs with addition of reinforcing elements according to the technology of making articles from a concrete mixture. A concrete-sand mixture consisting of sieved river sand and M400 cement is prepared by dry mixing of these elements, water is added and wet mixing is carried out. To obtain reinforcing elements, recycled plastic container is cut into double-sided sawtooth tape with width of 25 mm and length of 260 mm with rectangular ends and longitudinal central cuts. Then a mould is prepared, a reinforcing grid is formed by bonding the said tapes, then the reinforcing grid and the concrete-sand mixture are laid into the mould, after which vibratory compaction is carried out, and after gaining the grade strength, the tile is removed from the mould.
EFFECT: obtaining construction material with high strength characteristics and possibility of its use in cold climatic zone.
