SUBSTANCE: pulse signal output circuit (50) and flow meter (11). Pulse signal output circuit (50) comprises signal receiving module (21), photoelectric pair (22) and signal conversion module (23). Signal receiving module (21) is connected to photoelectric pair (22), and photoelectric pair (22) is connected to signal conversion module (23). Signal receiving module (21) is configured to receive a pulse source signal received by flow meter (11), and to send a pulse source signal to photoelectric pair (22). Photoelectric pair (22) is configured to perform processing in the form of electro-optical-electrical conversion with respect to the received pulse signal of the source to generate an electrical signal and with possibility of sending electric signal to signal conversion module (23). Signal conversion module (23) is configured to perform processing in the form of conversion with respect to the received electrical signal to generate and output an output pulse signal (41) corresponding to the pulse signal of the source. Pulse signal output circuit (50) also comprises a logic negation module. Signal receiving module is connected to logical negation module, and logical negation module is connected to photoelectric pair; and the signal receiving module sends the source pulse signal to the logical negation module, and the logical negation module processes the pulse source signal to generate and send the first sub-signal to the photoelectric pair.
EFFECT: possibility of counteracting external interference, which enables to improve the flow meter processing system.
