SUBSTANCE: electronic locking and sealing device, which includes a case (11, 16), a locking tab (12), a subordinate module (13) performing functions of retraction/return of the locking tab (12), the master control module (a3) and a connecting element (3). At that the subordinate module (13) is placed in the case (11, 16) and fixed rigidly to the locking tab (12) thus providing retraction from the case (11, 16) or return to the initial state of the locking tab (12); the master control module (a3) is connected to the subordinate module (13) in order to ensure automatic control for the subordinate module functions (13) upon receipt of the external control signal; at that in the centre of the connecting element (3) there is a groove (31) envisaged for passage of the locking tab (12) through it.
