SUBSTANCE: method for preparation of liquid fertilizers includes preliminary loading of dry components into a mixing tank, supplying into it, to the area of the conical bottom, water from the reservoir by means of a water pump for hydraulic flushing of the obtained mixture to the inlet of the pump with a rotary-pulsating apparatus, which ensures circulation of the obtained solution through a heat exchanger and 3-way valve, and mixing the dry components with water by means of a hydraulic mixer until the solution is completely ready, besides, before mixing the dry components with water, its pH is measured, if the pH is more than 7, then a water softener is used in the form of orthophosphoric acid at rate of 0.5-2 l of acid per 1 m³ of water, and ejecting it into a water reservoir, which is equipped with a circuit consisting of a temperature sensor in the form of a thermocouple, a pump with a frequency converter and a heat exchanger, in order to enable water circulation to achieve the required heating temperature, and water pump and pump with rotary-pulsating device have frequency converters for power consumption control, wherein in order to eliminate foaming and released harmful gases when mixing dry components with water, the surface of the solution is exposed to ultrasonic radiation with intensity of not less than 130 dB, with frequency of not less than 20 kHz and a controller for controlling the process of circulating water and liquid fertilizer through 3-way valve, a pump communicated with the water reservoir, and a pump with a rotary-pulsating apparatus are used. Mobile plant for implementation of method for preparation of liquid fertilizer.

EFFECT: inventions make it possible to improve quality and homogeneity of liquid fertilizer.
