FIELD: agriculture; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building, in particular, to methods and devices for preparation of liquid fertilizers. Method of preparing liquid fertilizers involves mixing dry components with water in a mixing tank with a conical bottom and subsequent circulation of the obtained solution or suspension through a heat exchanger, by means of a pump with a rotary-pulsation apparatus, and mixing in a mixing tank, by means of a hydraulic mixer unit; at that, dry components are loaded into the mixing tank, and then water under pressure is supplied into it, into the conical bottom area, thus providing water wash of the obtained mixture to the input of the pump with a rotary-pulsation apparatus. Plant consists of a mixing tank with a conical bottom, a pump with a rotary-pulsation apparatus, a flow heater and a hydraulic mixer located in the mixing tank. In the conical bottom of the mixing tank, above the outlet hole, there is a water supply pipe connected to the water source under pressure. Hydraulic mixer consists of at least three nozzles. Central nozzle is directed to the center of the mixing tank, towards the outlet hole, and the rest are directed tangentially to the side surface of the mixing tank. Water source under pressure can be a water tank with which the water supply branch pipe is connected through a water pump or a main line, with which the water supply branch pipe is connected through a shut-off valve and a water meter. Tank with water tank can be used as container with water. Diesel heat exchanger is used as flow-through heater.

EFFECT: invention ensures reduction of power consumption when implementing the method and simplification of the plant design.
