FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building, in particular to installations for preparation of liquid fertilizers in the form of solutions with different ratio of active nutrients. Mortar unit for preparation of liquid fertilizers comprises a hopper accumulator of dry fertilizers, connected by means of a conveyor with a mixing reactor with an inlet branch pipe for a solution, pipeline system, heating device, dispersing device with possibility of mixture pumping, mixing, dispersion and homogenisation, as well as storage tanks for water and finished product. Mortar unit is also equipped with a liquid components mixer with the possibility of adding liquid plant protection agents to the mixing reactor and a device for weight control of components entering the mixing reactor, inlet nozzle for solution is made with cone-shaped nozzle tip located tangentially relative to wall of mixing reactor, pipeline of pipeline system between heating device and mixing reactor is made with check valve.
EFFECT: increased reliability of operation with high efficiency, high quality of preparation of liquid fertilizers.
