FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to psychology. Method is implemented in stages. Initially, the patient is diagnosed for the presence of subconscious programs aimed at failure and suffering. Then, at the preliminary stage, the operator measures the electrical activity of alpha, beta or gamma brain waves of the patient on the Neurointerface device. After that, at the first stage, the operator conducts relaxation training, which includes breathing exercises of respiratory practice “Six healing sounds”. At the second stage, the patient's existing parameters are determined from the following series: the presence of fears, the presence of psychological traumas, the tolerance for the patient of violating the boundaries of personal space, acceptability for the patient of psychological manipulation and tyranny in relation to oneself, level of self-respect, level of respect for family values, attitude to money, lack of desire to go to success, derogatory attitude to oneself, absence of desire to be better; identifying the conviction that life difficulties and problems are the norm and invariable value. At the third stage, the operator analyses the situation with the patient, at the same time, the patient analyses whether his/her inferences with respect to the parameters determined at the second stage are logical with the patient's awareness of the presence of subconscious programs aimed at multiplying their failures and suffering, and the need to change them, as well as the realization that there is no benefit in negative emotions and feelings. At the fourth stage, the operator builds a new value system in the patient, develops an action plan to change the existing subconscious program aimed at failure and suffering, develops a new subconscious program aimed at positive motivation of an individual life purpose. At the fifth stage, the operator conducts repeated relaxation training, which includes breathing exercises of the “Six healing sounds” breathing practice. In conclusion, the operator performs repeated measurement of the electrical activity of alpha, beta or gamma brain waves of the patient on the Neurointerface device; increased electrical activity of alpha, beta or gamma waves as compared to the detected value at the preliminary stage testifies to the effectiveness of the performed correction of the psychological state of the patient.

EFFECT: method enables correcting the psychological state of a person providing the removal of subconscious programs aimed at failure and suffering of a person by mobilizing the neuropsychic reserve of the patient.
