FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of sports, in particular to training means for improving the coordination readiness of military personnel and the development of strength endurance in order to prepare them for throwing a grenade. The disadvantage of the known technical solution is the lack of the possibility of training in various positions of the body of the musculo-ligamentous apparatus of a serviceman participating in the work when throwing a grenade at a distance and accuracy in a confined space, difficult weather conditions, dark hours of the day, as well as improving the technique of throwing a grenade and the training process. The proposed device makes it possible to ensure the conjugate development of physical qualities and the improvement of the technique of the performed actions for throwing a grenade at a distance, to control and evaluate the dynamics of the training process as a whole.
EFFECT: providing comprehensive training for servicemen, developing the necessary physical qualities, improving their coordination readiness and technique of throwing grenades in a confined space, in any weather conditions, time of day and year, improving the training process as a whole.
