FIELD: smoking accessories.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an evaporative core, an evaporator and a method of producing an evaporative core. Evaporation core comprises core substrate and heating element. Core substrate is made of dense material with porosity less than 10%, and perforated holes, which transfer liquid for electronic cigarettes, are distributed in core substrate. Perforation holes transmitting liquid for electronic cigarettes have the same diameter from 1 to 250 mcm, and the same thickness of the wall between adjacent perforation holes, which transfer liquid for electronic cigarettes, is less than 500 mcm. Heating element is located on the core substrate between the perforations transmitting the liquid for electronic cigarettes, with the possibility of forming channels for the fluid medium and with possibility of formation of heating surface, having uniform temperature field for evaporation of liquid transferred through perforation holes, transmitting liquid for electronic cigarettes.
EFFECT: reduced probability of powder particles adhered by means of ultrasound or ceramic particles to the aerosol; improved stability of aerosol properties.
