SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture and forestry, biotechnology and can be used for adaptation and propagation of selection samples of crops in vitro. Vegetation plant for adaptation and growing plants in vitro includes frame-base chamber, systems of microclimate, watering plants, light sources with controlled radiation spectrum. Installation is equipped with tiered insulated hydroboxes with transparent enclosures. Each hydrobox is equipped with controlled systems for creation of water-air dispersed antiseptic medium and aerosol supply of growth-regulating nutrition to plants, sectional vegetation tray with seedling cassettes and cellular cover with wick bed, two-position measuring scale. There is also a unit for controlling the process of adaptation and growing plants in vitro.
EFFECT: invention enables to adapt and grow plants in vitro in a locally distributed bioactive antistress medium.
