SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition for producing a coating film containing a fluorine-containing polymer. Coating film composition contains: (A) a fluorine-containing polymer containing a structural link represented by the following formula (A3) as a main component:

where each R⁶-R⁸ is independently fluorine and R⁹ is C₁-C₅ perfluoroalkyl; and (B) an aprotic solvent. Fluorine-containing polymer (A) is dissolved in the aprotic solvent and the fluorine-containing polymer (A) dissolved in the aprotic solvent is present in amount of 20 wt.% to 65 wt.% relative to the weight of the composition, where the aprotic solvent (B) is at least one solvent selected from the group consisting of a perfluoroaromatic compound, a perfluorotrialkylamine, a perfluoroalkane, a perfluorocyclic ether and a hydrofluoroether. Invention also relates to a method of producing a composition for producing a coating film.
