SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal decomposition and pyrolysis and can be used for recycling hydrocarbon wastes. Proposed device comprises feed unit and thermal decomposition chamber. Thermal destruction chamber is made with an annular groove with an upper area and a lower area, a central, reaction and heating cavities and comprises an outer, an inner and a central wall, an inner flange, lower pipe, supply branch pipes, discharge branch pipe and support. Device is equipped with a lower disc with lower spreaders, a lower bushing, a lower bearing support with a plain bearing, a lower inner flange and a thrust rolling bearing. Reaction cavity is divided into an upper reaction cavity and a lower reaction cavity. Annular groove is divided into an upper section of the annular groove and a lower section of the annular groove.
EFFECT: providing impact mechanical grinding of solid hydrocarbon wastes in two stages directly in the thermal decomposition chamber, increasing the thermal decomposition time.
