FIELD: unmanned aerial vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to a method and device for precise landing of an unmanned aerial vehicle. For an accurate landing of the aircraft, at least two monochrome optical marks in the form of a triangle and a square with known geometric dimensions and clear rectilinear boundaries are applied, a sequence of frames coming from a digital camera installed on the aircraft is processed using the aircraft computer, an image of optical signals is detected and recognized. According to the coordinates of the corner points of the mark image on the camera, the corresponding coordinates of the corner points of the mark on the landing platform are calculated and the angular position of the unmanned aerial vehicle, height and distance relative to the landing platform are determined in a certain way. This data is transmitted to the on-board control computer, which calculates the control signals. The device contains monochrome optical marks on the landing platform in the form of a square and a triangle, and on board the unmanned aerial vehicle - a digital optical camera, a computer, an automatic control system controller, inertial sensors, angular velocity and acceleration sensors, a magnetometer, a pressure sensor, a satellite navigation receiver, radio altimeter.
EFFECT: increased landing accuracy of unmanned aerial vehicle.
