FIELD: essential oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: device for producing essential oils includes a sealed container, loading cassettes having holes for steam passage, steam lines, a refrigerator and a separating flask, wherein the sealed container is integrated with the tank, equipped with pressure and temperature sensors, steam lines for removal of ether-containing vapours, which with one side are communicated with the above cassette spaces of the sealed container, and on the other – with a common steam line, wherein the steam lines are equipped with opening/closing devices controlled by an electronic control unit.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency and improve quality of raw material processing.
