FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to reconstructive plastic surgery, oncology and mammology. Method includes: subcutaneous removal of mammary gland tissue, dissection of lower edge of pectoralis major muscle and serratus anterior muscle and creation of subpectoral pocket, installation of endoprosthesis, revision during the operation, haemostasis, at the end of operation – drainage, layer-by-layer wound closure and application of aseptic dressing. At the stage of creation of subpectoral pocket in lower-lateral skin-subcutaneous cover by its electrosurgical separation, subcutaneous fat flap on pedicle is extracted and mobilized, leaving it on lower point of fixation. An endoprosthesis is selected, installed and fixed to the formed subpectoral pocket, having previously measured the width. On top of it with the help of a continuous suture to the edge of the pectoralis major muscle from the lateral side, bundles of the pectoralis minor and serratus anterior muscles are sutured, as well as in the lower-lateral part, the endoprosthesis is covered with a previously separated subcutaneous fat flap on a pedicle, creating a sealed muscular-subcutaneous fat frame.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce injuries and risk of inflammatory reactions, infectious complications and seromas in the postoperative period, reducing the length of the operation, reducing pain syndrome and achieving a satisfactory cosmetic effect, eliminating financial costs for additional materials for the surgical intervention.
