FIELD: information storage devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for storing information with correction of single errors and detection of double errors. Device comprises interconnected memory unit, input coding unit, output coding unit, error syndrome calculation unit, decoder, corrector, AND element unit, OR element unit, AND element, input of setting to zero state, recording input, address inputs, information inputs, reading input of direct values of information bits, input of reading inverse values of information bits, synchronization input, also further comprises a unit of non-equivalence elements, wherein the input coding unit generates values of check bits and parity for direct values of information bits in accordance with the check matrix of the code according to a certain rule, and the output coding unit, when reading direct values of information bits from the memory unit, generates values of checking bits according to a certain rule.
EFFECT: high fault-tolerance of the device.
