Device comprises a memory unit, an input coding unit, an output coding unit, an error syndrome calculation unit, a decoder, a corrector, a first unit of AND elements, a second unit of AND elements, a third block of AND elements, an AND element, a first block of OR elements, a second block of OR elements, a zero setting input, a write input, address inputs, information inputs, a synchronization input, an input for reading direct values of information bits, an input for reading inverse values of information bits, outputs of the device, an “error” output.
EFFECT: high fault-tolerance of the device owing to detection and correction of single errors when reading information from direct and inverse outputs of the device based on a correction code.
