FIELD: rail vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railroad switches. Device for double-circuit closure and double control of position of switch points for high-speed railways, mounted on a switch, contains electric drive installed on foundation angles in the first section, and having control rods and adjustable working rod, made with possibility of providing mechanical connection with external contactor installed in the first section. At the same time by means of working rods, double-arm levers and longitudinal rod there provided is mechanical connection with external contactor installed in the second section. In the second section there is a position control device having a mechanical connection to the switch points by means of control rods.
EFFECT: improvement of accuracy, reliability, service life and safety of train movement.
