FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental medicine, namely to cardiology, physiology. Male Wistar rat is injected once with 0.2% suspension of dispersed allogenic biomaterial made of rat tendons. Biomaterial is injected intramuscularly in saline 0.5 ml into the muscles of the front and rear extremities and/or subcutaneously into the biologically active points: Dazhui, paired points Xinshu, paired points Geshu, paired points Huantiao, Changqiang, paired points Yanglingquan, paired points Shenmai, paired points Waiguan, paired points Zhouliao by 0.2 ml.
EFFECT: method provides improvement of physiological parameters, early and complete recovery of myocardial tissue structure, skeletal muscle tissue, brain neocortex, which in turn makes it possible to develop methods of treatment and rehabilitation of individuals whose activities are associated with intense physical activity.
