METHOD FOR PRE-NOSOLOGY DIAGNOSTICS OF STRESS CARDIOMYOPATHY IN ATHLETES WITH EXPERIMENTAL CHRONIC PHYSICAL OVERSTRAIN Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC G09B23/28 G01N33/564 G01N33/573 G01N33/68

Abstract RU 2786745 C1

FIELD: medicine; clinical laboratory diagnostics; cardiology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to clinical laboratory diagnostics and cardiology; it can be used for pre-nosology diagnostics of stress cardiomyopathy with experimental physical overstrain in rats. In blood serum, concentration of autoimmune antibodies to actin alpha cardiac muscle 1 (hereinafter – ACTC1), and/or to a myosin heavy chain 7B, cardiac muscle, beta (hereinafter – MYH7B), and/or to cardiac troponin I (hereinafter – cTnI) is determined, using an indirect immunoassay reaction of enzyme immunosorbent analysis, results of which are instrumentally spectrophotometrically assessed with a wavelength of 450 nm by intensity of coloring of a tested sample. If concentration of autoantibodies to cTnI is 13.3-25.3 ng/ml; to ACTC1 – 33.4-89 ng/ml; to MYH7B – 12.3-28.9 ng/ml, a pre-nosology form of stress cardiomyopathy is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method provides a possibility of pre-nosology diagnostics of stress cardiomyopathy with experimental chronic physical overstrain (overtraining) by quantitative determination of autoantibodies to cTnI, ACTC1, and MYH7B in blood serum by immunoassay analysis.
