FIELD: water treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to purification of water from microplastics from any natural sources, as well as to afterpurification of water from a water supply network and purification of waste water. Filtration of contaminated water with microplastic is carried out in three stages. At the first purification stage, water is filtered through nylon fibre. Then water from the first funnel passes through the ceramic ring into the second funnel, where water is filtered through a layer of activated carbon. Then the filtered water is fed to the third filtration stage – coal powder.
EFFECT: high degree of water purification from microplastic.
