FIELD: additive manufacturing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of 3D printers operating on FDM technology, in particular for three-dimensional printing of food products, can be used in production of bakery, confectionary, pasta and other food industry products. Food 3D printer consists of a housing and a frame, on which an extruder is mounted by means of two carriages installed on linear guides, which, in turn, are attached to linear guides through carriages, which provides movement of extruder in plane XY by means of toothed belt transmission. Working table moves along Z axis along cylindrical guides due to rotation of lead screw attached to frame through plate. Cylindrical guides are fixed on the frame through fasteners. Food 3D printer has a simple design and is equipped with a printing head with the possibility of adjusting the flow section of the extruder nozzle, which makes it possible to additionally adjust the printing parameters. In the table there is a cavity for placement of heat accumulators, which serve to remove heat from the printing zone for fast and uniform solidification of chocolate products.
EFFECT: food 3D printer is proposed.
