FIELD: 3D printers.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical solutions used for large-scale serial layer-by-layer printing with pellets or flakes in such industries as medicine (prosthetic limbs), aerospace industry, automotive industry, small shipbuilding, and other industries where the need to create large-sized polymer objects arises. A 3D printer for layer-by-layer printing of a three-dimensional object at an acute angle using meltable media contains an XY frame with an XYZ portal, a print head unit mounted on the XY frame moving along the X and Y axes, a unit for supplying the medium to the specified print head unit, and a support platform movable in Z direction - a conveyor belt on which the specified three-dimensional object is printed layer by layer. The said support platform is part of the said XYZ portal and is movable in the Z direction. The print head unit and the media supply unit are an extruder with a nozzle for printing with pellets or flakes complete with an automatic pellets or flakes feed hopper and a flexible channel transporting the pellets to the extruder. The conveyor belt is made of a fabric base with a polyurethane coating, and a conveyor belt clamping beam is installed before the zone where the nozzles contact the conveyor.
