FIELD: sealing system of a distillation device.
SUBSTANCE: improvement of the redistribution of the catalyst and gas throughout the depth of the fluidized bed is achieved by the sealing system of the distillation device, which contains the first layer of the sealing element, containing a plurality of blades, and the second layer of the sealing element, containing a plurality of blades. In this case, the sealing system includes at least one of intralayer variability or interlayer variability. This said, the intralayer variability includes one of the following: (i) varying blade spacing within one of the first sealing element layer or second sealing element layer, (ii) varying blade sizes within one of the first sealing element layer or second sealing element layer, or (iii) varying pitch angle of the blades within one of the first sealing element layer or the second sealing element layer. Interlaminar variability includes the first distance, the first size and the first angle of inclination of the blades of the first sealing layer and the second distance, the second size and the second angle of inclination of the blades of the second sealing layer. In this case, one of the second distance, the second dimension, or the second angle of inclination differs from one of the first distance, the first dimension, or the first angle of inclination. Moreover, the blades of the first layer of the sealing element are separated from the adjacent blades of the first layer of the sealing element by the first distance, and the blades of the second layer of the sealing element are separated from the adjacent blades of the second layer of the sealing element by the second distance. In this case, the second distance is less than the first distance.
EFFECT: improvement of the redistribution of the catalyst and gas throughout the depth of the fluidized bed.
