FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the aviation industry, in particular to parachute equipment, and is intended for training and combat jumps from aircraft (hereinafter – AC), performed by paratroopers of all specialties with full service weapons and equipment (or without it), as well as individual paratroopers or groups of paratroopers with total flight weight of up to 160 kg, and is intended for parachutists to perform jumps with gliding controlled parachute systems, and can be used by crews of landing equipment for the purpose of tracking and landing near it and for solving tasks where compact and accurate group landing of paratroopers is required. In the parachute system containing the main parachute, according to the invention, the parachute is made with a canopy with area of 100 m2 of a round shape with a smooth aerofoil and a slightly bent inward lower edge made of twenty-eight panels, each of which is stitched from seven wedges with a "lock" seam with a tape stitching; wedges are made from webs of fabric with low air permeability and with surface density of 35-40 g/m2; on the canopy there are two valves for creating a horizontal forward movement of the parachute system and three curtains, control slings are attached to the edges of the valves, which are brought out to the front free ends of the harness and end with control links; in addition, in the lower part of the canopy there are seven narrow slots closed with a curtain, in the centre of the canopy there is a pole hole, in the upper part of the canopy of the parachute system – twelve unloading slots; also, the main parachute comprises 28 main slings, which by one end are fixed to the canopy loops, by the other – to the semi-ring buckles of the free ends of the harness; harness is a connecting link between a paratrooper and a parachute system and is intended for convenient placement of a paratrooper in it; harness consists of the following main parts: two main straps, two pairs of free ends, back-shoulder straps, chest strap, waist strap, two leg straps, circular strap (paratrooper seat); knapsack is designed to pack the canopy of the main parachute with slings, laid into the chamber, parts of the free ends of the harness and to accommodate the safety device; knapsack consists of the following main parts: overhead bottom, right and left flaps; main parachute chamber is intended for canopy with parachute system slings; stabilizing system is designed to provide a stabilized descent of the paratrooper and the introduction of the parachute system; stabilizing system consists of canopy base, slings, stabilizer with link.
EFFECT: expansion of technical capabilities of the parachute system due to, firstly, its use with a total flight weight of up to 160 kg, and secondly, the presence of its constant forward movement speed, third, possibility of its control by means of control slings, fourthly, using it not only with a standard input used in airborne forces, by forced input of a stabilizing parachute and putting the parachute into action by a paratrooper, by pulling out a manual opening link or a parachute safety device, after three or more seconds of stabilization, but also applications according to the "transit" scheme, id est by forced introduction of stabilizing parachute using it as pilot parachute and without using parachute safety device.
