FIELD: plant growing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plant growing and can be used in elite seed growing of potatoes, as well as other meristem crops, for growing planting material in sterile conditions. Device for additional illumination and stimulation of sprouts of meristem cultures with a magnetic field consists of a rack with standard test tubes. Rack consists of four stands on which the lower, middle and upper shelves are installed. Middle shelf is installed at height of 4-5 cm from the lower shelf, and the upper shelf is respectively at a height equal to 9/10 of the height of the test tube. In the middle and upper shelves in two rows there are round holes for installation of test tubes in them. On the lower face of the upper shelf between longitudinal and transverse rows of test tubes there are holes in which light-emitting diodes are installed. Between the middle and lower shelves coaxially with holes for test tubes there are coils with inductance windings for magnetic stimulation of sprouts, which are installed in test tubes.
EFFECT: use of the device will make it possible to more efficiently distribute light flux between plants, increase intensity of growth and development of plants, as well as increase simplicity of operation and maintenance of the device.
