SUBSTANCE: present invention discloses a method for recycling resources and a system for processing said resources. Sintered ash is washed to obtain filter cake and ash washing waste water. Mixed agent is added to ash washing waste water to remove heavy and hard impurities and to bring waste water to alkaline state. After that, waste water is heated and absorbing liquid is used for ammonia recuperation to obtain waste water purified from ammonia, and waste water containing ammonia. Acid and sodium salts are added to waste water purified from ammonia to obtain weakly alkaline water, potassium and sodium content is brought to a close level to obtain waste water with high salt content. After that waste water is heated, concentrated and crystallized, and sodium chloride and filtrate I are obtained through separation of solid and liquid phases, filtrate I is cooled and crystallized, and potassium chloride and filtrate II are obtained through separation of solid and liquid phases.
EFFECT: inventions make it possible to produce high-purity potassium chloride from sintered ash formed during agglomeration at steel works, while avoiding corrosion of equipment and formation of annular crust of the furnace with zero discharge of waste water.
