FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil-and-gas production and can be incorporates with deep-well rod-type pump plants (WRPP). Proposed pump comprises cylinder with lateral hole, extension pipes attached to the said cylinder and furnished with suction valve that incorporates larger-size permanent-design valve pair. Pressure valve is linked up with single plunger. Pump cylinder comprises device to plug afore mentioned hole. The device consists of two half-rings screwed together. One of the said half-rings features variable-section hole aligned with aforesaid lateral hole that has larger-section threaded part and is plugged with the help of breaker element representing e membrane. The element is nut-locked and gets broken by high pressure in pump cylinder inner chamber if it is required to drain fluid from column.

EFFECT: higher reliability.
