FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, can be used for testing sliding bearings and solves the problem of testing sliding bearings for friction and wear in comparable conditions of reverse and one-sided rotational friction. Device comprises bed, two shafts with replaceable journals, mechanism of radial loading made in the form of hydraulic cylinders fixed on bed in plane perpendicular to axis of tested bearing, mechanism of main movement in the form of drive hydraulic cylinder. Rod of the latter moves in the upper and lower guides and is rigidly coupled with the inclined rack, in which along the slots the slider is freely moved, which is rigidly fixed with the main driving gear wheel.
EFFECT: providing testing of sliding bearings in comparable conditions of reverse and one-way rotational movement with other conditions being equal.
