FIELD: targets.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polygon automated equipment, specifically to targets-simulators of real objects with given signature characteristics, intended for training in shooting in conditions of limited visibility using infrared sighting devices. Multipurpose target installation comprises a support device, a target board from foil plastic with a lifting/lowering mechanism containing a system of levers arranged on a common bushing. Target shield is made of at least three separate components. Drive shaft is made hollow and is equipped with through longitudinal slots made diverging from its middle part, with the lower target shield lifting/lowering lever bushing fixed on it, and installed in fixed positions initially with possibility of free rotation on peripheral parts of shaft of bushings of levers of lifting/lowering of additional target boards.

EFFECT: increased versatility of the installation, along with the background target also the behavioural similarity of the target with the original, taking into account the modern experience of combat operations.
