FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely orthopedic dentistry, and is intended for use in restoring the anatomical shape of destroyed children's teeth. A preliminary dental impression is taken or a dental image of the teeth is obtained using a scanning device. The resulting material impression of teeth or a digital version of the dental impression is sent for processing in order to obtain a physical model, which enters the scanning stage into a laboratory 3D scanning system, where the shape and size parameters of the physical model are read, processed by a computer program modeling a promising layout of a dental crown made of zirconium dioxide of a given structure, shape and size. Then, in accordance with the specified computer parameters, the foundations of the crown frame are made by processing it in a milling machine by operations of removing the main volume of the crown with the first cutter, removing the intermediate layer with the second cutter and finally removing the finishing layer with the third cutter. After that, the sinterization process is carried out by placing the manufactured zirconium dioxide crown in a crucible installation, where a systematic sintering takes place, during which the manufactured crown is rolled on rounded fragments with a diameter of 0.4-1.0 mm made of ultrathin zirconium powder. After that, a phased finishing of the surface of the manufactured crown is carried out, which consists in using a 50-90 microns dispersion polish with diamond filling for technical polishing, in using a 10-40 microns dispersion polish for intermediate polishing, as well as in carrying out the final polishing when using a polishing paste consisting of the smallest particles of diamond powder with a dispersion of 1-9 microns until a mirror surface effect is obtained.
EFFECT: method, due to compliance with a certain technology in the manufacture of a tooth crown, allows the manufacture of zirconium crowns with increased strength and increased translucency, which completely restore the anatomical shape of the tooth and its desired function.
