FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to the technology of making zirconium anatomical endoscopic dental implants with a shape adapted to alveolar, preferably for immediate replacement of tooth after its loss. Formed, in accordance with subsequent shrinkage, zirconium dioxide partially stabilized with yttrium oxide workpiece, single unit containing root part for installation in lost alveolar tooth and abutment for installation of crown part, billet material is sintered by its heating to transition temperature of monoclinic structure of implant material to polytetragonal with subsequent annealing at temperature of transition of polytetragonal structure of implant material to tetragonal and shrinkage of workpiece to tooth implant size, and sand-blasting of surface of root part with abrasive material, sand blasting of root part surface is performed until the implant material is sintered with an abrasive material having a melting point lower than the transition temperature of the monoclinic structure of the implant material into the polytetragonal structure.
EFFECT: method allows improving quality of manufacturing of zirconium anatomic endoscopic dental implants.
